4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. All content, branding, algorithmic configurations, and underlying prompt logic associated with the MMKN Solutions AI agent remain the exclusive intellectual property of MMKN Solutions.
